Kirkwood, MO – The apartment where suspected kidnapper Michael Devlin is accused of holding two boys - one for more than four years - is going on the market.

Michael Devlin has been held since police found 15-year-old Shawn Hornbeck and 13-year-old Ben Ownby at Devlin's apartment in Kirkwood in January. Devlin faces a number of state and federal charges related to abducting and abusing the boys.

Shawn had been missing for four years, Ben for a few days.

William Romer, who owns the complex where the 450-square-foot apartment is located, says he's painted the walls, put in new carpet and removed any sign of its former occupant.

Romer has raised the rent to $475 a month, to bring it in line with other one-bedroom units at the complex. He says he doubts he'll have trouble finding a tenant.
