We are thankful for your desire to support individuals currently unhoused in our region. Haven Recovery has worked extensively over the last several years to implement Missouri's first Recuperative Care location serving individuals experiencing homelessness and acute medical needs. More service details are available in our 2024 Annual Report.
Outcomes from the first year of service include: recuperative care and housing for 60+ individuals with an additional 250+ referrals of individuals in need from local hospitals street outreach to over 3,000 individuals a 94% reduction in homelessness for those served in recuperative care AND a decrease in emergency department utilization, an increase in primary care connections, an increase in housing and employment obtainment, vital documents and services, and positive family connections. The list of excellent outcomes could go on. Join us, May 9th, at the Ritz-Carlton in St. Louis, Missouri, to learn more about Missouri's Recuperative Care programming and outcomes. Expansion efforts to serve more individuals in need will be shared with live client panels, discussions and stories.

Join us for A Bloody Good Time, a bold and spirited networking happy hour that kicks off Period Poverty Awareness Week and benefits the St. Louis Diaper Bank / Alliance for Period Supplies. This event brings together changemakers, professionals, and advocates for an evening of cocktails, conversation, and community.
Guests will enjoy light bites, purposeful networking, and two featured specialty cocktails while learning about the important mission of the St. Louis Diaper Bank to increase access to period and diaper products across our region. Guests are also encouraged to bring donations of new, unopened packages of diapers, baby wipes, tampons, pads, and liners to contribute to our onsite Diaper and Period Supply Drive. Every donation will enter guests into a raffle to win a complimentary one-night stay at 21c Museum Hotel Saint Louis.

The St. Louis-based nonprofit AiArthritis (International Foundation for Autoimmune & Autoinflammatory Arthritis) is stepping out from operating solely as an online organization and into the community with two FREE family-friendly charity events this May—and they’re putting a unique twist on the traditional charity walk!
It’s called the “Race-A-Thon to DRIVE AUTOimmune & AUTOinflammatory Arthritis Disease Awareness”, and the local “Pit Stop Parties” will feature:• Remote control car races with vehicles sponsored and driven by doctors, patients, and local supporters• Raffles and giveaways, cars donated post events to local kids with juvenile AiArthritis diseases• Fun, auto-themed activities to educate people about Autoimmune & Autoinflammatory Arthritis diseases• Free to attend, food and beverages available for purchase.

About the Foster & Adoptive Care Coalition: The Coalition is a child welfare nonprofit that has been serving youth and families in the St. Louis region for 35 years. There are systemic gaps and barriers in permanency and stability for children and youth impacted by the child welfare system. The Coalition strives to eliminate these gaps and barriers through innovative programming that facilitates healthy, culturally competent, safe, and nurturing homes and communities for children and youth.
