St. Louis, MO – 
Those big blue signs along the highway that tell you what hotels or gas stations are at the next exit will soon add pharmacies.
But because of the way the rule is worded, only Walgreen's would even be eligible to have its logo on those signs in the St. Louis area.
And that isn't sitting well with some people.
