St. Louis, MO – Democrats in the Missouri House will have fewer seats and a new leader next year. In fact, both parties have picked new leaders in both chambers.
KWMU's Tom Weber recently spoke with all four new legislative leaders. The third of those interviews features the new Minority Leader in the House, Jeff Harris.
The Columbia Democrat took over the leadership position after Representative Rick Johnson gave it up.
Harris says Democrats in Jefferson City can still make a difference, despite losing more ground this year.
