St. Louis, MO – The Rams won't have to play in the first round of the playoffs. They earned the bye Sunday with a 27-10 win over Cincinnati at the Edward Jones Dome.
The Rams are now 12-3 and a perfect 8-0 at home.
If they beat Detroit next Sunday, the Rams will clinch home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
The Rams' win Sunday and Philadelphia's loss to San Francisco leaves St. Louis as the top seed in the NFC.
Marshall Faulk scored two touchdowns and Torry Holt caught ten passes for 124 yards. Jeff Wilkins also booted a pair of field goals, and Grant Wistrom added 2.5 sacks. Quarterback Marc Bulger was 24-38 for 229 yards with two touchdown passes.
