Miriam's Next Steps Transition Fair
Miriam's Next Steps Transition Fair
Planning for the future can feel daunting, especially for students who learn differently, but Miriam High School’s Next Steps Fair offers tools to help move forward with confidence. Students and their families are invited to explore programs, resources, and opportunities that can help with life after high school.
The transition fair will take place on Tuesday, January 27. Miriam High School students and their families will attend from 2:30-3:30 p.m., and it will be open to the public from 4-6 p.m.
This FREE event will showcase programs, services and opportunities to help students who learn differently take their next steps toward success. Whether a student is exploring college, careers or other pathways, the Next Steps Fair has something for everyone - including social development, recreation, and summer programs for high school students.
Representatives will be available from nearly 40 organizations and agencies spanning all aspects of education, employment and resources - from University of Missouri St. Louis to St. Louis Arc, Pathways to Independence to Missouri Youth Leadership Form, and Easterseals to Donald Danforth Plant Science Center.
