Accessing gender-affirming health care for transgender minors and participating on sports teams that align with trans athletes’ gender identity are currently prohibited in Missouri. Those bans are set to expire in 2027, unless the state legislature opts to extend them indefinitely.

The bills now go to Gov. Mike Kehoe, who is expected to sign all of them.

The bill requires school districts to develop a written policy on cellphone use in schools. That policy must be in place for the 2026-27 school year.

The resolution, if passed by voters, would remove the provisions that were in Amendment 3 and instead allow abortion only in cases of rape, incest, medical emergencies or fetal anomalies.
