Springfield, Ill. – Governor Rod Blagojevich returned to the Illinois Capitol Wednesday for the first time since his arrest on corruption charges.
He visited Springfield to swear in the Illinois Senate. Lawmakers greeted him with an awkward silence, and a few hours later, those same senators began Blagojevich's impeachment trail.
