Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is headquartered in St. Louis.
The company announced Tuesday it's consolidating with Colliers Pinkard and Cassidy & Pinkard Colliers and Colliers ABR.
Dean Mueller is CTMT's executive vice president of investor services. He says the new holding company will be centered here.
"This is basically the headquarters for the company, and I think that we expect business to continue to grow because of the mergers, and I think that eventually we'll add more employees to the company over time," Mueller said.
Mueller says the holding company will manager more than 300 million square feet of commercial real estate making it among the top five management companies in the U.S.
