Detroit – The Cardinals lost Game 2 of the World Series 3-1 Sunday in Detroit.
The Tigers' win ties the series at one game apiece.
The Redbirds only managed two hits off Tigers pitcher Kenny Rogers over the first eight innings.
Scott Rolen scored the Cards' only run of the night in the ninth.
The World Series moves to St. Louis Tuesday.
There'll be a pep rally for the Cardinals beginning at 5 p.m. Monday along Washington Avenue downtown.
There will also be all-day rallies Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Kiener Plaza.
