Springfield, IL – Florida-based Well Care, an an administrator of government-sponsored health plans, also employs Blagojevich
political ally John Wyma as its lobbyist.
Wyma was Blagojevich's chief of staff in Congress and a top adviser to his campaign for governor.
Records show Blagojevich's campaign received five $20,000 checks in November 2005 from Well Care and associated
companies.
The donations came shortly after the governor signed into law his All Kids program for Illinois' uninsured children.
State officials insist Well Care doesn't hold an advantage in current or future dealings with the state.
