St. Louis – It's the middle of December, but voters in one part of south St. Louis will go to the polls Tuesday to choose an alderman.
This special election will decide who will replace Tom Bauer. In September, residents of the 24th Ward recalled the Democrat in a decisive vote.
Now they'll choose among three candidates- another Democrat, a Republican, or Bauer himself. KWMU's Matt Sepic reports.
