St. Louis, MO – A move last week by Walgreen's to suspend four pharmacists for defying a new rule in Illinois that deals with emergency contraception has put the new requirement back in the spotlight.
Pharmacies have to fill prescriptions for emergency contraception like the morning after pill if they also sell other contraception.
