The supreme court is in a time of transition. As the nation awaits the installation of a new justice - and watches how its' new Chief Justice will shape the court's future - legal scholars say it's a good time to review the accomplishments of Rehnquist court.
A conference today (Friday) at Washington University looks at how the court interpreted the First Amendment over the past two decades.
