St. Louis, MO – Richard Sheridan of Weldon Spring was convicted in July of having sexual contact with a student at Independence Elementary School in St. Charles County.
Officials say Sheridan was part of a community outreach program when he was accused of inappropriately touching six girls in kindergarten through third grade.
Sheridan was sentenced to five years each on three counts of child molestation, and fined a total of $2,100 for seven misdemeanor charges of assault on a child.
