Kansas City, MO – Claire McCaskill's campaign for Missouri Governor picked up endorsements yesterday from the state's two largest newspapers.
The Post-Dispatch and Kansas City Star both endorsed the state Auditor.
McCaskill is challenging incumbent governor and fellow Democrat Bob Holden.
The editorials praised Holden's work during tough times.
But they add McCaskill is a better hope for Democrats to beat the likely Republican nominee, Matt Blunt.
Governor Holden will be on KWMU's St. Louis on the Air Monday morning at 11.
McCaskill is scheduled to be on the show on Wednesday.
