Warm Spring weather seems to finally be here - but some Missouri officials are already warning of high-energy costs next winter. Natural Gas Production is down as existing domestic wells are past their peak. Add to that a particularly cold winter, and storage levels are now about 40-percent below the 5-year average. KWMU's Hillary Wicai talked with A.G. Edwards Director of Futures Research, Bill O'Grady.
