Chicago – Ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich is due to appear in federal court Monday to answer racketeering and fraud charges, but the exact makeup of his legal defense team and where he'll get the money to pay them are still uncertain.
Blagojevich will be arraigned on charges he schemed to sell or trade President Obama's U.S. Senate seat. He's also charged with plotting to use the financial muscle of the governor's office to pressure the Chicago Tribune to fire
editorial writers calling for his impeachment.
A heavy complement of reporters and camera crews is expected for the governor's arrival.
Court officials say there will not be any special treatment for Blagojevich when he arrives at the courthouse.
