St. Louis, MO –

Thousands of refugees resettled in the United States after the war in Bosnia ended a decade ago.

Now, some are returning to the Balkan country to reclaim homes and property seized by the Serbs.

A new film called Back to Bosnia follows Sabina Vajraca and her family from Florida to the city of Banja Luka.

The documentary was part of the St. Louis International Film Festival.

KWMUs Matt Sepic spoke with producer Ali Hanson, who said she knew very little about Bosnia until she started working on the film.
