St. Louis, MO – One of the nation's oldest black fraternities opens its convention in St. Louis today (Thursday).
About 10,000 members of Omega Psi Phi are expected to attend. This will be the 73rd so-called Grand Conclave.
The fraternity was started in 1911 at Howard University.
The convention will be at the America's Center and will run for the next week.
