Springfield, ILL. – 
Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich surprised many lawmakers Tuesday when he said he will not support gambling expansion.
His statement could doom legislative attempts to add several casinos and place slot machines at horse tracks.
It may also take away a large source of new money as state budget talks heat up. Illinois Public Radio's Sean Crawford prepared this report.
