Contest Entry Rules
Sweepstakes #1 (11/26/2025 - 12/11/2025)

Official Rules Sweepstakes Period: Every individual who donates to St. Louis Public Radio’s Membership Drive during this time period will automatically be entered into a drawing to win one of 10 STLPR swag bags. Bags contain approx. $100 worth of STLPR merchandise and each bag has its own individual items.
Entries will only be accepted from 11/26/2025 0:00 AM CT – 12/11/2025 at 11:59 PM CT. The clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.
All entries are time-stamped at the beginning of online entry. Eligibility for entry into the Sweepstakes will cease at the stated time and date, and all entries received thereafter will be considered disqualified and will be ineligible for participation. If Sponsor does not receive your entry for any reason, or if your entry is not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid, and you will be ineligible to participate or win.
How to Enter: All individuals who donate to support the station during the sweepstakes period will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. While no pledge is necessary to enter, please remember that your financial support is key to the quality of St. Louis Public Radio programming.
To enter Sweepstakes without a gift, please call 314-516-7474 or email tahl@stlpr.org. Name, phone number, and email address is required for entry and to ensure the winner can be notified promptly. When you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be added to the St. Louis Public Radio mailing list, which is used for promotion and marketing. Winners will have 2 business days to respond to winning notification before forfeiting their Prize.
Prize cannot be exchanged for cash value. If the winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered. Odds are determined by the number of entries. Multiple entries are void and only the first entry is counted. Winners agree to allow St. Louis Public Radio to publish their name on social media and/organization publications.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 18 or older only. St. Louis Public Radio is not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with internet or telephone access or service. University of Missouri System employees are not eligible.
Package Redemption: The winner can choose to have their prize mailed to them or they can pick up their tickets at St. Louis Public Radio, 3651 Olive Street, St. Louis, MO 63108. Winners must give notification they would like to pick up their prize. St. Louis Public Radio is not responsible for packages shipped to winners that are lost or stolen.
Prize: Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $100.
Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be out of compliance with these Official Rules. Phone call entries acknowledge acceptance of the Official Rules.
