Contest Entry Rules

Official Rules Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes #1 – 06/25/24 7:00 am – 06/25/24 8:00 am CST

Entries are for an STLPR Swag Bag.

Entries will only be accepted on 6/25/24 from 7:00 AM – 6/25/24 8:00 AM. Central Standard Time. The clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.

All entries are time-stamped at the beginning of the phone call or online entry. Eligibility for entry into the Sweepstakes will cease at the stated time and date, and all entries received thereafter will be considered disqualified and will be ineligible for participation. If Sponsor does not receive your entry for any reason, or if your entry is not entered correctly, the entry will be invalid, and you will be ineligible to participate or win.

How to Enter: All individuals who donate to support the station during the sweepstakes period will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. While no pledge is necessary to enter, please remember that your financial support is key to the quality of St. Louis Public Radio programming.

To enter the Sweepstakes without a gift, please call 314-516-6038 or email acurtis@stlpr.org. Name, phone number, and email address are required for entry and to ensure the winner can be notified promptly. When you enter the Sweepstakes, you will be added to the St. Louis Public Radio mailing list, which is used for promotion and marketing. Winners will have 2 business days to respond to notification of winning before forfeiting their Prize.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by the deadline. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash value. If the winner declines the prize, no other prize will be offered. Odds are determined by the number of entries. Multiple entries are void and only the first entry is counted. Winners agree to allow St. Louis Public Radio to publish their name on social media and/or organization publications.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States ages 18 or older only. St. Louis Public Radio is not responsible for entries that are not received due to issues with internet or telephone access or service. University of Missouri System employees are not eligible.

Prize Redemption: The prize can be picked up from St. Louis Public Radio on a mutually agreeable date to be determined by STLPR Staff availability and the availability of the winner.

Prize: Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $100.

Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant which Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems to be out of compliance with these Official Rules. Phone call entries acknowledge acceptance of the Official Rules.

Prize Redemption: Winners may select to pick up their gift cards at 3651 Olive Street St. Louis, MO 63108 or have the gift cards mailed to them. St. Louis Public Radio is not responsible for lost, damaged or late mail.

Entries are for one STLPR VIP for a Year Package.

Entries will only be accepted from 6/27/24 12:01 AM- 6/27/24 11:59 PM. The clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official time-keeping device in the Sweepstakes.

Package Redemption: Winners may select to have digital tickets to all included STLPR events or pick them up at 3651 Olive Street St. Louis, MO 63108. St. Louis Public Radio is not responsible for lost, damaged or late tickets.

Prize: Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $1500.
