CareSTL Health Back to School Health Fair is a neighborhood block party designed to celebrate summer, prepare families for the upcoming school year, and launch relationships that improve family’s health.

Set in a carnival atmosphere, the indoor/outdoor fair includes a Live DJ, family entertainment, refreshments, school supplies & book bags (while supplies last), informational booths hosted by social and community organizations, wellness screenings, and immunizations.

We'll see you July 27 from 10am to 2pm at our MLK location!!!
