Edwardsville, Ill. – A Southern Illinois University Edwardsville student accused of writing a note threatening an attack similar to the deadly Virginia Tech rampage has been indicted by a grand jury.
Olutosin Oduwole was indicted on charges of attempting to make a terrorist threat, unlawful weapons possession, felony theft and computer fraud.
They replace identical charges filed last month.
Oduwole has pleaded not guilty. He is out on bail after posting ten percent of his $1.1 million bond.
