First of three open houses tonight on I-64 reconstruction

By KWMU

St. Louis, MO – Gateway Constructors, the firm in charge of rebuilding 10 miles of I-64, is hosting an open house to give residents a chance to look at more specific plans for construction.

People will have a chance to see Gateway's latest plans for closures, as well as overall construction.

Today's (Tuesday) open house will be at the McDonnell Planetarium in Forest Park from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Gateway this week announced plans to close lanes on I-170 next month as the first step towards rebuilding that interchange at I-64. Other closures this year include both ramps from Hanley to westbound 64, as well as a number of bridges that will close so they can be replaced.
