The Missouri House gives final approval to a bill imposing more restrictions on abortion.
The bill now goes to Governor Blunt, who called lawmakers into a special session specifically to act on anti-abortion proposals. The Senate passed the measure last week.
The legislation limits the places in Missouri where doctors may perform abortions.
It also allows parents to sue anyone who helps a minor daughter obtain an abortion without the parents' consent.
In all, 89 Republicans and 26 Democrats voted "yes" in favor of the measure. Voting "no" were three Republicans and 32 Democrats.
Eleven lawmakers (five Republicans, six Democrats) did not vote.
