St. Louis – In 1995, the state of Missouri put Larry Griffin to death for the 1980 drive-by killing of 19-year-old Quinton Moss.
But the St. Louis Circuit Attorney says she is reopening the case because of questions about the original investigation.
Death-penalty opponents say this is the first time a prosecutor has revisited a case after the defendant was put to death.
