St. Louis – An eleventh contender has entered the race for Dick Gephardt's seat in Congress.
Democrat Mark Smith kicked off his campaign Tuesday at his mother's house in South St. Louis.
Smith is one of nine Democrats in the race. There are also two Republicans on the April 6th primary ballot.
Gephardt is retiring from Congress after 14 terms.
The candidates, as of 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, are:
