Jefferson City, MO – The President Casino in downtown St. Louis might be fined $50,000 for giving special treatment to Nelly.
The singer had a private birthday party there last November; and the state Gaming Commission claims he and his eight-person entourage were allowed in without required electronic cards that limit how much a person can lose.
Nelly's publicist says she thought he had gone through the necessary steps. The casino says it's reviewing the matter.
The Gaming Commission claims Nelly was later discovered gambling with a woman's identification card, then issued an appropriate ID card.
