St. Louis, MO – Flags at Missouri state buildings will be at half-staff today (Tuesday) in memory of Sgt. Carl Dewayne Graham.
He's the Missouri Highway Patrol trooper who was killed Sunday as he got home from work. The Patrol questioned several people Monday but made no arrests.
The murder happened in southeast Missouri, near the town of Van Buren. The 37-year old Graham was still wearing his uniform when he was shot.
Governor Blunt ordered flags lowered Monday. They will remain at half-staff until dusk on the evening of funeral services for Graham. Those services have not yet been announced.
