A former St. Louis police sergeant has pleaded guilty to federal drug conspiracy charges for seizing packages containing marijuana, then working with his brother to sell the drug.

Federal prosecutors say 46-year-old Larry Davis pleaded guilty on Monday. He faces sentencing on July 26. His brother, 43-year-old Linus Davis, pleaded guilty last month and will be sentenced on June 7.

Authorities say Davis was a supervisory sergeant for a unit responsible for conducting investigations into illegal gang activities and drug distribution.
