The Gateway Arch in St. Louis is one the country’s most recognizable landmarks. Its construction was completed this month, 47 years ago, in 1965.
Currently, representatives of several organizations including CityArchRiver 2015, the National Park Service and the Jefferson National Parks Association are making plans to expand and invigorate the grounds of the Gateway Arch
Host Don Marsh talks with photographer Eldon F. Arteaga, who documented the Arch’s construction, and Liz Forrestal, the Vice-President of Programs and Partnerships at the Jefferson National Parks Association.
