St. Louis – The St. Louis archdiocese said Monday it's moving a sex-offending priest to a facility that's not near children.
In August, a jury convicted the Reverend Thomas Graham of abusing a boy in the 1970s.
For nearly three months after his conviction, Graham lived in a retirement home in Shrewsbury near a child care facility.
State law forbids convicted sex offenders from living within 1,000 feet of a school or child-care facility.
There's no word yet on where Graham will be relocated.
