Memorial service set for Lawrence Roos

St. Louis, MO – There will be a memorial service this afternoon for former St. Louis County Supervisor Lawrence Roos. Roos died last week of cancer at the age of 87.

He was County Supervisor for 12 years during the 60s and 70s. That job is now called County Executive.

The memorial will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Temple Israel, at Ladue and Spoede Roads.
