Roxana, Ill. – The second-biggest refinery in the Midwest still isn't operating at 100 percent because of last weekend's storms.
The Conoco-Phillips Wood River Refinery in Roxana, Ill. shut last week after the storms knocked down several critical power lines at the facility.
The power then went out and all equipment shut down, meaning the 300,000 barrels a day of oil weren't being refined.
A company spokeswoman wouldn't say when the facility might be back up to full capacity.
Worldwide demand for oil has pushed the price for a barrel of crude to record highs.
