St. Louis, MO – St. Louis-based President Casinos said Tuesday it will sell three of its facilities in Biloxi, Miss. for $66 million.
The buyers include developers from the Biloxi area who run a company called Broadwater Properties.
President Casinos is in bankruptcy, so a bankruptcy judge still has to approve the deal. There will also be an auction next month during which another company could out-bid Broadwater for the properties.
President also owns the President Casino on the Admiral in downtown St. Louis.
