St. Louis, MO – The Francis Howell School Board in St. Charles last night rejected any new parental policies in light of a father's role as field trip chaperone while dressed as a woman.
The Board voted to rely on existing policies to deal with matters as they arise. Some parents had pressed for guidelines for conduct and dress of chaperones on field trips and at school parties.
