Columbia, MO – Quin Snyder still isn't talking, three days after stepping down as Missouri's head basketball coach.

He was scheduled to make his first comments Sunday, just after Mizzou beat Kansas State 74-71 in its first game without him. But Snyder decided against it because the university and he hadn't yet signed an agreement for a settlement.

Media relations director Chad Moller said he went to Snyder's house to try to persuade him to come to the Mizzou Arena, but Snyder did not attend the game.

The resignation was made official earlier Sunday by the university's Board of Curators. Snydder leaves with two years remaining on a contract that paid him a base salary of $190,000 a year, but his overall salary was worth more than $1 million a year.
