St. Louis, MO – St. Louis School Board member Rochell Moore won a round in court Wednesday. A judge refused two requests for permanent restraining orders against Moore.
Assistant Superintendent Charlene Jones sought one of the orders. Moore recently doused Jones with a pitcher of ice water.
Board member Amy Hilgemann wanted the other order, accusing Moore of sending threatening emails and leaving threatening phone messages.
Judge Michael Mullin said Moore's actions are embarrassing to the city, but not worthy of a restraining order.
Moore still faces a charge for the water incident and there's a petition to kick her off the school board.
