St. Louis, MO – The federal government could decide tomorrow (Friday) whether the Abram Building should be given to the Rev. Larry Rice.
Rice wants to make the building a homeless shelter.
But city officials want the building razed so a parking lot can be built for a renovated Kiel Opera House. Without the lot, the Opera House project will not happen.
