Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich is set to give his state of the state Address to the General Assembly on Thursday.
Illinois Public Radio's Carlos Hernandez Gomez spoke with the governor about his first year in office and his outlook for the future.
Even though the state is facing a $2 billion shortfall the governor says he won't raise income or sales taxes.
