To Whom It May Concern: Re: Pop Up Health Clinic When: Sunday, June 26th from 1-3 p.m. Where: 9001 Lucas & Hunt Road Jennings MO, 63136 Who: The St. Louis Metro Adventist Health Clinic - https://www.stlmahc.org Why: After reading the "For The Sake of All" report and discovering that a child born in 63106 (St. Louis City) can expect to live 18 fewer years than a child born in 63105 (Clayton), a group of concerned community members decided these health disparities are unacceptable and something must be done to address these issues. These individuals decided to combine their efforts to start a medical clinic to provide free health services to the St. Louis Metro Area. The pop up clinic will be in Jennings - Sunday, June 26th from 1-3 p.m. at the Northside Seventh-day Adventist Church.
