Jim Althoff

Jim Althoff filled in for regular hosts when the need arose, from 2010-2020.

Jim’s long radio career included jazz in San Francisco, classical music here in St. Louis, and many years of talk radio in between – in San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Milwaukee, and St. Louis. He also produced and hosted the local filmmaker showcase program “Frames” on HEC-TV and substitute taught in Parkway schools before retiring and moving to Nashville in 2020.

Jim passed away on June 5, 2022 in Nashville. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Andee Beck Althoff, his daughter Sylvie and son Daniel.
