St. Louis, MO – Busch Stadium's scoreboard, tarps (including the tarp that Vince Coleman got hurt in before a playoff game in 1985) and hot dog stands are among the items that will be auctioned off next month.
The current Busch stadium will be torn down after this season to make room for a new Busch Stadium.
Schneider Industries is now in charge of bidding out a number of items that will be stripped from the ballpark. Potential buyers can make sealed bids for the goods during an appointment-only walkthrough on Aug. 9 and 10.
The Cardinals are also selling seats from the soon-to-be-gone park, but that's a separate sale than the auctioned items.
