St. Louis on the Air’s final monthly Legal Roundtable of the calendar year got underway Thursday as host Don Marsh delved into a wrap up of the year’s major local and national stories pertaining to the law.
The discussion touched on several regional matters such as the defeat of St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch by Wesley Bell and the prosecution and resignation down of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens. The panel also discussed national matters including the confirmation of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and the Mueller investigations of the Russian government's efforts to interfere with U.S. elections.
Joining Marsh for in-depth analysis were Mark Smith, associate vice chancellor of students at Washington University; William Freivogel, journalism professor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale; and Jennifer Joyce, former St. Louis circuit attorney.
