On Tuesday, Mayor Lyda Krewson, comptroller Darlene Green and Board of Aldermen president Lewis Reed signed a 10-month lease on a space to move 75 homeless men from an emergency shelter in a city warehouse, St. Louis Public Radio’s Rachel Lippmann reported.
