St. Louis, MO – Unseasonably hot, humid conditions continue in the St. Louis region, sending some to the hospital and others to cooling centers.
Temperatures area in the mid-90's again and heat indexes are over 100-degrees for the sixth straight day. That's unusual for this time of year.
Health officials are starting to treat some for heat-related illnesses -- 29 in the city of St. Louis alone. St. Louis County has opened three cooling centers, where people can go to get out of the heat between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.:
