St. Louis, MO – The U.S. House is expected to approve a final version of the economic stimulus plan Friday, with the Senate to follow. Despite President Obama's promise of a new era of bipartisanship, the measure has divided Capitol Hill.
That's especially apparent among St. Louis' delegation. KWMU's Matt Sepic spoke with two area Congressmen. We start first with Democrat Russ Carnahan.
