Jefferson City, MO – No trial yet for former Missouri House Member Scott Muschany.
Cole County Judge Richard Callahan announced today that Muschany's attorney has asked for more time to complete depositions in the case.
The former Republican lawmaker from Frontenac has pleaded not guilty to one count of deviate sexual assault against a 14-year-old girl.
Muschany resigned from office in September and announced back in May that he would not seek a third term in order to spend more time with his family.
Another hearing to set a trial date is scheduled for December 22nd.
