St. Louis, MO – The much-touted Ballpark Village project is in line for more tax breaks today (Tuesday).

The Missouri Development Finance Board meets in Jefferson City this morning to discuss the project next to Busch Stadium.

Leaders hope most of Ballpark Village will be done by summer 2009. That's when St. Louis will host baseball's All-Star Game.

Most of the tax breaks for the project have already been approved at the city level; today's vote will determine whether the project gets state tax breaks.

The St. Louis-based construction company Clayco withdrew its bid two months ago to work on the project.
